All Sports Travel Terms and Conditions

    1. Accommodation and associated products detailed on are compiled and sold by Travel And Leisure Group Pty Ltd ABN 91605375166, trading as All Sports Travel.
    2. These terms and conditions apply to bookings made on this website.
    3. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making and paying for your booking.
    4. Please also read the terms and conditions of the Operator (the accommodation property) as they apply in addition to our terms and conditions.
    5. References to “Us” or “We” refers to All Sports Travel.
    6. References to “You” refers to the person making the booking. If you are also representing any other traveller on the booking, all such travellers are also bound by these terms and conditions.
    7. References to “Operator” refers to third party suppliers, usually accommodation, including hotels, motels, resorts, houses (referred to as “Property/Properties”), as well as transfer and car hire companies.
    8. We act as an agent for the operators on this website and whilst we take care to select reputable operators we have no control over the services provided by these operators, and are not liable for any failure by the operator to provide the products or services, not for any act, error, omission, default or negligence of the operator.
    9. Whilst we take care to verify all information regarding the operators, we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracy.
    10. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other occurrences or conditions which are beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, theft, cancellation, civil disturbance, disaster, fire, floods, severe weather, Government or any other authorities’ regulations.
    11. All travel documents, observance of laws and government regulations are your responsibility.
    1. Bookings made online via must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
    2. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the event the accommodation operator overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control.
    1. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed once paid in full.
    2. Prices are valid for the dates indicated.
    3. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
    4. Our system accesses live rates and availability which means that the rates and availability can be altered or withdrawn at any time.
    5. Once your booking has been confirmed and payment received, any new specials released cannot be applied to existing bookings.
    6. Prices are inclusive of GST where applicable.
    7. Prices do not include transport to or from the property or items of a personal nature including telephone, room service, or meals unless otherwise indicated.
    8. Some prices are valid for a minimum number of nights and if the number of nights in your booking changes the rate may also change.
    9. Online bookings with a $0 price display will not be honoured.
    1. At least one guest must be over 18 years old.
    2. The definitions of “Child” and “Infant” vary depending on the operator, however a “Child” is usually 2-12 years old, and “Infants” are usually under 2 years old. Ages are determined from the date at which accommodation commences.
    3. Child and infant costs are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding. Cost for additional bedding and roll-aways are available on request. Always check details for each property before making your booking.
    4. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    1. Persons aged over 12 years, will be charged extra person rates for each person staying in a room which exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room type, or where extra beds or linen are required.

    1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    2. Payments are fully non-refundable, however if you cancel your booking, a credit may be applicable to use towards another booking with All Sports Travel – see section 11.
    3. Payment types accepted via the website are Visa, Mastercard and American Express (AMEX). No other payment types are accepted.
    4. A 2% credit card surcharge applies on all bookings.
    5. By providing your credit card details and accepting our Terms and Conditions, you authorise All Sports Travel to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated credit card. Your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees.
    1. In addition to the services booked on our website, you will be charged a credit card fee (2% for Visa, Mastercard and American Express).
    2. In the event of a refund, the credit card surcharge will not be refunded.

    3. No amendments may be made within 14 days prior to travel.
    4. Each amendment will incur a $55 (incl GST) amendment fee per room in addition to the amendment fee of the operator, if applicable.

    6. Any bookings cancelled outside of 14 days prior to travel will incur a $55 (incl GST) cancellation fee per room in addition to the cancellation fee of the operator, if applicable.
    7. Any bookings cancelled outside of 14 days prior to travel will not be refunded, however you may receive a partial credit – see Section 11.
    8. Any bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel will not receive a refund or credit.
    9. Please read the Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy of the Operator before paying for your booking.
    10. Once you have checked in to your hotel, any changes to your booking are at the discretion of the property and any changes to your booking must be made directly with the property.
    11. Any fees charged to us by our credit card payment provider arising from a chargeback or a disputed charge on the cardholder’s credit card will be charged to the cardholder. This fee is non-refundable.
    1. In addition to our amendment or cancellation fees, amended or cancelled bookings may also incur operator fees, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
    1. We comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding refunds.
    2. All payments are fully non-refundable.
    3. Any bookings cancelled more than 14 days prior to travel will receive partial credit to use on another booking with All Sports Travel. The amount credited is the amount paid less a cancellation fee of $55 (including GST) per room, less any operator fees, less the 2% credit card surcharge.
    4. Any bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to check in are fully non-refundable and will not receive a credit.
    5. Any credit offered will be retained by All Sports Travel on behalf of the client and must be used within 12 months of the original booking, that is, the starting travel date of the credited booking must be no later than 12 months after the starting travel date of the original booking.
    6. Any credit must be used in one transaction, that is the credit amount cannot be split over two or more separate bookings.
    7. Any unused credit will be forfeited.
    8. No refunds or credits will be given if you fail to check in to your accommodation, for late check in or early check out.
    9. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover you for any cancellations.
    10. In the event of a refund, the credit card surcharge will not be refunded.
    1. Accommodation check-in is usually 2pm, and check-out is usually 10am, however these times may vary depending on the property. Please check the details of each property.
    2. Please note that most properties will require a credit card authorisation on check-in and may require photo identification.
    1. Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of the facilities and services of the properties listed on this site is accurate, these may change without notice. It is your responsibility to confirm with us any particular facility or service that is important to you prior to making your booking.
    2. Facilities listed for a property may not apply to all room types.
    1. The Star Rating system is an internationally recognized symbol for quality accommodation standards. In Australia, the ‘star’ symbols are a licensed trademark of the Australian Motoring Services, a subsidiary of Australian Auto Clubs (AAC), and can only be used by properties who have been licensed to use them.
    2. ‘Self-rated’ properties are not AAC endorsed, and are to be used for guidance only.

    1. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance for your travel arrangements to cover items including, but not limited to: cancellation fees, loss or damage to personal baggage or other items, and medical expenses.

  17. GROUPS
    1. Groups of 10 or more people can often receive a discount, and other special terms and conditions. Please contact us for a group quotation.
    1. We value your privacy and agree to handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at
    2. By providing your personal information you consent and authorise us to disclose your personal information to the operators with whom your booking is made for the purposes of administering your booking and providing you with any services associated with your booking.
    1. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, All Sports Travel and its current and former officers, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants (including their respective employees and contractors) and agents against, from and in respect of all expenses, costs, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings, damages, judgements and losses of any kind whatsoever (including but no limited to consequential and economic losses, property loss/damage and damages for injury, including personal injury and death) arising out of caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking or the stay at the relevant participating property except to the extent such expense, cost, liability, claim, action, proceeding, damage, judgement or loss arose out of, was caused by, attributable to or resulted from All Sports Travel’s negligence, wrongful act/omission or breach of these terms and conditions.
    2. To the extent permitted by law the aggregate of All Sports Travel’s liability to you is limited to an amount not exceeding the amount paid by you for your booking.
    3. Each indemnity in these terms and conditions is a continuing and independent obligation and survives the termination or expiry of these terms and conditions.
    1. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties, guarantees, rights, remedies, liabilities and other terms implied or conferred by statute, custom or the general law that impose any liability or obligation on All Sports Travel are excluded under these terms and conditions.
    2. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any provision, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Australian Consumer Law or under any international consumer protection legislation, provided that, to the extent that such law permits All Sports Travel to limit its liability, then All Sports Travel’s liability is limited to:
      1. In the case of services, supplying the services again or payment of the cost of having the services supplied again; and
      2. In the case of goods, replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or repairing the goods, or payment of the cost of replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or having the goods repaired.
